Documents and review content
Uploaded documents and imported web content may contain sensitive information. TermReviewr uses that content to generate and store source-linked review results for your workspace. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload or submit that content.
Payments through Paddle
Payments are handled by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record where applicable. Paddle may collect payment details, tax information, billing address, fraud-prevention signals, and transaction records under its own privacy terms. TermReviewr receives limited billing information needed to confirm purchases, manage credits, handle invoices, and provide support.
Sharing and processors
We share information with service providers that help us host the product, authenticate accounts, process payments, send operational messages, analyze reliability, and provide support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
Retention
We retain account, review, billing, and support records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and maintain security. You may request deletion of eligible account or support data by contacting us.
