Payment provider
TermReviewr payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle may act as merchant of record and may issue receipts, collect tax, perform payment checks, and process refunds through its systems.
Digital review credits
TermReviewr sells access to digital review credits or related product features. Once credits are used or a full review result has been delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we confirm a service failure.
When refunds may be available
We may approve refunds for duplicate charges, accidental purchases that have not been used, payment errors, or cases where TermReviewr cannot deliver the purchased access after reasonable troubleshooting. Refund requests should be sent promptly with the account email, Paddle receipt, and a short explanation.
How to request a refund
Contact us through the TermReviewr contact page. If the purchase was made through Paddle, we may ask Paddle to process the refund or direct you to Paddle support. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
Timing
Refund timing depends on Paddle, the payment method, banks, card networks, and local rules. Refunds may take several business days to appear after approval.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
