Refund Policy

TermReviewr payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy may act as merchant of record and may issue receipts, collect tax, perform payment checks, and process refunds through its systems. Lemon Squeezy may also process refunds or chargeback-related actions under its own rules.

TermReviewr sells one-time paid access to fuller results for specific report uploads or related product features. The free preview is provided before checkout so you can decide whether to unlock the full result. Once paid access is used or a full review result has been delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law, where we approve an unused accidental purchase, or where we confirm a service failure.

TermReviewr does not provide refunds solely because a delivered report is not what you hoped for, because the result is unfavorable, or because you disagree with informational review output after receiving access. If you believe the service failed to deliver the purchased access or there was a payment problem, contact us and we will review the request.

We may approve refunds for duplicate charges, accidental purchases that have not been used, payment errors, or cases where TermReviewr cannot deliver the purchased access after reasonable troubleshooting. Refund requests should be sent promptly with the account email, Lemon Squeezy receipt, and a short explanation.

Contact us through the TermReviewr contact page. If the purchase was made through Lemon Squeezy, we may ask Lemon Squeezy to process the refund or direct you to Lemon Squeezy support. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

Refund timing depends on Lemon Squeezy, the payment method, banks, card networks, and local rules. Refunds may take several business days to appear after approval.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
