TermReviewr provides tools for reviewing, extracting, and comparing terms from documents and web pages. You must use the service lawfully, keep your account secure, and provide accurate account and billing information.
No professional advice
TermReviewr is an information and workflow tool. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Review outputs may be incomplete or incorrect, and you remain responsible for decisions made from the material.
Your content
You retain rights to documents, URLs, and other content you submit. You grant TermReviewr permission to process that content so we can operate the service, create review results, store history, troubleshoot issues, and provide support.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, upload unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer restricted parts of the product, or use TermReviewr to violate the rights of another party.
Billing and Paddle
Paid purchases are processed through Paddle. Paddle may act as merchant of record and may apply taxes, payment checks, invoice terms, and payment-provider requirements. Access to paid review credits or features may depend on Paddle confirming payment.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including features, pricing, limits, and integrations. We aim to keep the product reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TermReviewr is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for decisions made from review outputs.
